Republican ski center Silichy informs: now Zaviruha restaurant operates in a new format - according to the bistro principle (fast food). Here they prepare dishes of European and traditional Belarusian cuisine, combining high culinary skills.

In French, bistro means a small catering establishment serving simple meals. This is something between an inexpensive restaurant and a cafe, where the main focus is on getting the visitor to eat well, while sophistication is given less attention.

The main feature of the bistro is to serve a large number of visitors as quickly as possible in a short period of time. In the updated Zaviruha restaurant, the menu will include the perfect tandem of both popular dishes and completely new culinary solutions.
