Card Maestro/Cirrus is a card of international payment system MasterCard International and represents an electronic debit card. It is intended for reception of cash money in cash dispenses and points of delivery of cash, and also for payment of the goods in trade and service points on which show-window (door) the corresponding logo is put.
Cards are issued with accounts in euro, US dollars and in Belarusian roubles. Means for the card account can be used only for calculations on operations with cards. Transfer of means from one card account on another is not supposed. At using a card its holder undertakes not to exceed its payment limit. At occurrence of overdraft the bank writes off the necessary sum from not reduced rest.
