In case of cancellation of paid accommodation, the client will be refunded money minus 100% of the cost of one night's stay in the reserved hotel room and actually incurred expenses (payment of commission to the bank for accepting payment, penalties under the agreement of the enterprise with the hotel).

34. How to get the return documents correctly?

35. What documents are needed to enter the territory of the Republic of Belarus for foreign citizens? Do I need a visa?
Entry into the Republic of Belarus and departure from the republic of foreign citizens is authorized on valid passports or substituting documents with visas, if other procedure is not established by the relevant agreements of the Republic of Belarus with foreign states. However, under certain conditions, foreign citizens can visit the Republic of Belarus without a visa. For more information on visa-free mode see Visas to Belarus.
When entering the territory of the Republic of Belarus citizens of the Russian Federation visas are not required, it is necessary to have an identity document (domestic or foreign Russian passport), for the child - a birth certificate with a note of Russian citizenship or the relevant insert. 36. Do foreign citizens need medical insurance to travel to Belarus? Citizens of which countries doesn't need medical insurance?
Republic of Belarus has introduced compulsory health insurance for foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus, in the case of the provision of emergency medical assistance in the state medical institutions in case of sudden illness or accident.
Compulsory insurance is not required for citizens of countries with which Belarus has international agreements for the provision of free emergency medical care. Among such countries are Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine.
According to the international travel practice, it is recommended that citizens of the countries mentioned above sign a voluntary health insurance agreement. The polis of the insurance company offers a wider range of services than is prescribed in the agreement between our countries. In addition to paying for medical expenses, polis covers medical transportation of the insured to the place of emergency aid or medical evacuation after medical assistance for further treatment in the nearest medical institution on the territory of the country of residence.
37. Where can I get medical insurance? How much does it cost?
You can make a medical insurance policy at any checkpoint on the borders of Belarus, as well as at airports and railway stations, where the points of Belarusian insurance companies work. The cost of insurance depends on the number of days of stay and some conditions.
38. What documents are needed for children entering Belarus?
From the rules of crossing the state border of Russia:
In the CIS member states (Belarus, including), children under the age of 14 can leave on the basis of birth certificates, and over 14 years of age can go under the passports of a Russian citizen.
When a minor citizen of Russia follows the state border of the Russian Federation together with one of the parents, the consent of the second parent is not required.
In the event that a minor Russian citizen leaves the Russian Federation without the support of his parents, he must carry a notarized consent from one of the parents, in addition to the birth certificate, if the second parent has not received an application for his disagreement on the child's departure.

44. Can I book a transfer to the hotel through your portal?

Article 178. Transportation of children in a car equipped with seat belts should be carried out using:
- child restraints corresponding to the weight and height of the child - at the age of up to five years;
- child restraints, corresponding to the weight and height of the child, other means (boosters, special seat cushions, additional seats), allowing you to safely fasten the child using the seatbelts provided by the vehicle design - at the age of five to twelve.
It is allowed to transport children under the age of twelve years without using the devices specified in part one of this paragraph in case the child's height exceeds 150 centimeters, and also in a car-taxi.
It is prohibited to transport children in the front seat of a car using child restraints that are appropriate for the weight and height of the child whose backrest is deployed to the vehicle's windshield if the front seat has a safety cushion, except when the front airbag mechanism is disabled.

Banking legislation of the Republic of Belarus does not establish age limits for individuals to carry out currency exchange operations.
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 27 of the Civil Code, minors under the age of 14 years have the right to independently make small household transactions, as well as transactions for the disposal of funds provided by a legal representative or with the consent of the latter by a third person for a specific purpose or free disposal.
Thus, minors, including minors under 14 years of age, dispose of funds received from the above sources, have the right to perform currency exchange operations with these funds.
